Your Employees and Marketing..

I was standing at a public place next to two drop off boxes. When a car stopped in front of me and a man carrying a courier trolley branded of a government company came out. It was evident that the man was on his duty, but wait a minute, rather he stopped in front of the adjacent Drop off box of a private courier company and posted a courier. Then turned around and unlocked the government owned companies drop off box to collect couriers. At first I was confused, then thought is the government owned firm such a company that can not even win the trust of it is own employees, customers that company can reach literally with minimum budget ever and in no time.
It is easy to say that companies can do cheapest and more personalized form of marketing through employees but mostly it is other way round.
Employees can turn out to be the worst form of communication a company can send out. Generally they are, so well informed about the company's flaws. They know about the design flaw, well aware of the service delays, bad management skills and many more.

Therefore, just like customers, companies should try their level best to win their employees trust. So, when they communicate outside they spread a positive view.

When it is Important....

When you have a dream very close to your heart. You want to achieve it come what may. Also if it is going to benefit a large section of the population will you procrastinate. Let someone else be the courageous one to take that idea away from you. So, that when you retrospect his actions after few years, and can only wish to get that lost time back. Then to placate self, you will say things were not in your favor. Well to all those who think situation needs to be in their favor, then the bad news is situation will never be in your favor. You always will have to fight against all odds. Keep your energy, so high that people coming in contact with you feel what your dream is through your actions. Many people around the world have wonderful ideas all the time but only handful makes their big dream visible. Cause dreaming is easy but to make things happen requires your complete concentration and soul.
 Don't think how much work is supposed to be done just aim towards the goal. After all mortal souls, only traveled into space, opened companies operational in more than 100 countries of the world, and many more.
Sure it is going to be difficult but all those are your lessons to leave example of a glorious life after you.
In the end rather than over thinking about various ideas, think about the action plan before somebody else becomes the first mover. Prove that you are different and why the world should remember you! 

Nervousness and Clarity

Since, past few days I was very nervous about my love cum arranged marriage that will take place in coming 6 months. The simple reason behind this uneasiness was over thinking about my in laws and a family which will be mine by law. Was trying to judge even their small actions and comprehending it in a wrong way. Then felt, rather than being nervous, I should be thinking of various ways to settle quickly in my second home. Further more should be acting as a support to my would be husband. To prove in front of his family that his choice was not wrong. After all what family thinks does matter. For peace in our family, we both will have to make lot of adjustments. It is not that only girls are under scrutiny after marriage, boys also have to be careful and act responsibly.

For now my marriage is definitely going to be successful with love, team work, and trust. If this is what it takes to make our years of togetherness full of smiles, then I am ready for this road ahead.

Dad's Wrinkles..

DAD: My strength, a man who took care of me since I opened my eyes in new world. He is very possessive about me and always kind off stressed out. I think sometimes he likes to take stress :P. In total he is a very thoughtful person for his wife, kids, his mom and even in laws. Also very handsome and got a lean physique with nice skin and an amazingly charming smile. My parents got married on July 6th, 26 years ago. Since I am living in a different country right now, therefore was not able to send any gifts apart from my heartiest wishes. But then still had a desire to do something special for these  two amazing people, hence started drawing their portraits to watsapp them as an anniversary gift. Sketching my Mom's picture was pretty easy as she has no wrinkles, with sharp features and a glowing skin. But when I was trying  to create a similar master piece of my father's face it was very difficult because he had, so many wrinkles. My dad is just 3 years elder to my mom, but still a huge difference in the number of wrinkles on his face. Never realized he is growing old so fast because of us. Tirelessly working to keep us in shade no matter what the situation is.  My eyes became wet to see the harsh reality of his deteriorating health on his face.I love him very much and wish he can be in the best of health, so that he and Mom can enjoy every bit of their old age together holding hands till eternity.
